| Do I need medical
insurance ?
Yes, it is a requirement of your student visa. Our
Student Welfare Officer can assist you with completing the
medical insurance forms.
Is there an application fee?
A fee of €200 is required. If you are successful in your
visa application this fee will be deducted from your overall
course fee.
When do I apply?
Course start dates vary. Please check the start date of your
chosen course and allow sufficient time for processing of
visas. In some cases the visa application process can take
up to three months, so apply on time.
If my visa application is not successful, will
I get a full refund?
Yes. The full tuition fee is refundable when you provide
us with a copy of your refusal letter. However, the application
fee of €200 is non refundable.
Also please note that once you have started your course in
Ireland, the college will not refund your tuition fees. However,
you can change your chosen course of study in the college
with prior consultation with the Director.
What happens if my visa gets refused?
You should contact the college immediately so that help and
advice may be given to appeal against the decision.
Can I get a visa extension to continue my studies in Ireland.
Yes, you can extend your visa provided your attendance at
our college is above 85% and you enrol on a recognised college
course.
How can I pay the college fee?
Course fees must be paid in full prior to visa application.
The course fees must be paid directly to the college by electronic transfer.
A copy of this transfer must be included with your visa
application.
