I have the minimum IELTS score in English, but I am not confident
that I have the skills to understand what is taught during
lessons.
As you will be living and working in an English speaking
environment, you will quickly develop your listening and speaking
skills. Our college specialises in International students
and our teaching methods reflect this. All our lecturers have
TEFL qualifications and we do understand and can help with
any difficulties you may encounter.
I need help with my grammar and academic English!
All assignments, class work and homework is written in English,
so you will develop these skills while studying your course.
In addition, you can attend our English language classes to
improve your English.
Will I be homesick?
Probably. However, you have the opportunity to make friends
with people from a wide variety of different cultures and
you will soon get to know other students from the college
and as Irish people are very friendly you will make friends
with the local people as well.
